We had a comfortable room with a nice view, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was good with many different options. We also appreciated the free parking and the option to order food from the kitchen late at night.
There were some concerns with the reception and charges, which seemed unprofessional.

I had a great stay at the hotel with its excellent services. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the dining area was neat. The hotel had a kitchen that was open till late, which was helpful. I also appreciated the free parking and the spacious room with a fantastic view. The Wi-Fi and AC were functional.

Good breakfast, convenient kitchen, and free parking. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options. It was great that the hotel had a kitchen that was open late at night and easy to order from. Plus, the free parking was a great bonus and made it easy for us to get around.
Lack of attention to detail and not very homely. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked attention to detail and didn't feel very cozy.

The view from my 5th-floor room at Biss Inn was absolutely stunning. The spaciousness of the room was also a pleasant surprise. The wifi and AC were both reliable and worked well. Additionally, the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The added convenience of late-night kitchen service was a nice touch. Lastly, the free parking was a huge plus.

A rich selection of cakes and breads at breakfast, plus a strategic location near malls, parks, and more. The outdoor pool bar adds a nice touch.
Oh, who needs proper towels, wardrobes that work, or parking? Just give me a falling power plug and a piece of paper with weird rules.

The room lacked attention to detail and cleanliness, with outdated furniture and only one towel provided. the noise from the busy road outside made it difficult to sleep at night.
